CHAPA | Solving the Housing Crunch: A Panel Discussion

From Citizens’ Housing & Planning Association: Shelter is among the most critical of all human necessities—without it, most basic human operations are disrupted and social structures break down. Across America, rising costs of housing are displacing people from their homes and their communities. Why? What are the forces behind these increasing costs? What can be done to curb housing cost inflation and create affordable housing?

Join the Waltham Democratic City Committee for an intelligent panel discussion with regional authorities on this topic. Particular attention will be given to understanding the economics of rental housing and discuss the potential solutions to address this housing crunch.
